On 10 March 2022, we began daily rolling maintenance updates to individual accounts in the ActivTrak app starting at 5:00 p.m. CT and stopping at 5:00 a.m CT (12-hour window). This daily maintenance will continue over the next several weeks.

When your account is selected for maintenance, the app will be unavailable for up to 30 minutes. During that time, ActivTrak agents will continue to capture activity, which will be uploaded after maintenance on your account is completed.
